Rented motor homes are the perfect travel means cum accommodation on wheels. Nowadays this facility is available in almost all metropolitan cities in the world. If a family has to undertake long trips with various locations in their tour package, rented motor homes are the best choice. The most attractive feature of motor homes is their affordable cost. In the tour with family members motor homes are profitable, compared to other means of travel arrangements together with lodging. By choosing motor home tour packages, the vacationers can save their precious time and also avoid disturbances like stress, strain, discomforts etc. They need not worry about hotel stay in the midst of their travel schedule.

Specialties

Motor homes available for rent are generally found in various designs. Apart from medium sized motor homes, there is also palace styled luxury motor homes with electronic latrine facilities. They can be chosen according to the needs and affordability of the tourists. In certain motor homes catering facilities are also offered to travelers in a family tour package. These four wheeled cottages are as good as the facilities available in their own homes. There are modern amenities like television and internet apart from kitchen with cooking ranges, bath rooms with bath tubs and shower etc. The main peculiarity of these mobile homes is the dual facilities such as transportation and accommodation offered by them at reasonable cost. Moreover these mobile cottages assure absolute freedom to its dwellers regarding travel, stay, food and entertainments.

Precautions to Renters

a) General precautions – Every motor home should be examined thoroughly before choosing it for the tour purpose. The operations of machineries and devices inside the mobile home should be understood beforehand. The renters are required to check the functioning of the materials such as refrigerators, air conditioners, water heaters, water tanks, drainage systems, detectors for carbon monoxide, smoke, propane etc. They must also learn to operate generator, leveling jacks and slides. If there is any doubt regarding the functioning of the motor homes the same should be cleared in advance. The damaged or broken devices or parts of the motor homes, if any, should be rectified before starting the journey.

b) Driving precautions – Utmost care should be taken while driving the motor homes. The length, height and clearance should be studied properly before moving on bridges. While taking sharp curves, care should be taken to avoid hitting other objects or vehicles. During drive on mountains, the engine temperature should be watched frequently. If it is overheated the vehicle should be kept aside of the road and allowed the engine to cool down. When reverse drive is required, someone should be kept outside to give directions.
Before returning the motor homes, the renters should ensure that the same is cleaned properly in all respects.

Motor home rentals are the perfect choice for making the family vacation tour highly comfortable. Motor home tourists can arrange the travel schedule according to their convenience where as other tourists will have to adjust according to the travel schedule proposed.

Suburban Water Heaters provide reliable service and easy maintenance. High-recovery 12,000 BTU/hour models offer porcelain steel tank, foam insulation, large diameter drain and replaceable anode rod to absorb corrosive electrolysis action. One-piece, die-formed housing protects controls and connections yet offers easy access. Fits cut-out openings of prior models. Direct Spark Ignition activates unit from inside RV. Access door and frame install easily on any type RV side.

All Suburban water heaters are designed for easy installation, operation and maintenance. The limit switch, reset button and on/off electric element rocker switch are conveniently located in a housing behind the removeable outer door. The electric heat element and combination drain plug/anode rod are also located there. For convenience of installation, rough-in openings for Suburban water heaters are small and less likely to interfere with RV exterior design.

Heated water attacks all metals, but not porcelain. That’s why Suburban uses a porcelain-lined, steel water heater tank with an anode rod to “absorb” the electrolytical action – just like your water heater at home. In fact, when a Suburban porcelain-lined tank is properly maintained, tank life may double or triple its three-year limited warranty, saving owners the cost of premature replacement. In addition, every Suburban tank is pressure tested twice during the manufacturing process to ensure its integrity.

Suburban RV Water Heaters have Set the Standard for Compact Water Heaters. These Suburban Water Heaters are available in 3-,6-, and 10 Gallon Capacities. The standard gas models have become the industry standard, while the Suburban gas-electric models provide the added performance of 6 Gallons per hour – hot water recovery. This makes the gas-electric models the highest performing Compact Hot Water Heater on the market today.

Fast recovery means more hot water and fewer cool water cycles. Suburban also uses a copolymer insulation jacket specially molded to fit the tank. This does a better job of retaining heat than the “cardboard” style used on some competitive models.

Over the past 45 years, EPDM single-ply roof systems have grown considerably in market share compared with their modified bitumen and built-up competition. As a result, there are many aging EPDM roofs, and consultants will be faced with the task of providing cost-effective, durable solutions to keep the roofs in proper working order without tearing them off entirely.

Three-Part System Advantages

1. Rubber roofing makes your RV roof water-tight and eliminates roof rumble. Easy to maintain and saves energy by reflecting heat. Highly puncture-resistant with superior tensile strength and tear resistance. Reflects UV rays. Resists uneven weathering, fading or chalkiness.

2. Water-based acrylic bonding adhesive is environmentally safe. Allows more “open” time for installation and re-tacking. Easy to apply on moisture-absorbent surfaces. Not for use on metal or fiberglass or for bonding rubber to rubber.

3. Lap sealant creates a watertight seal along edges, around air vents, vent pipes, air conditioners and screw heads. Adheres to aluminum, wood, vinyl and galvanized metal. UV stabilized to prevent deterioration and discoloration.

Roofs may need replacing for several reasons. It may be leaking and be more economical to replace rather than repair it. The roof may not be working correctly or does not look good. Another reason for replacing the roof may be because you are extending your home and want the roof to look fully uniform..

Seamless rubber roofing system is the first choice on today’s new RVs, requiring less lifetime maintenance. Mfr. 12 year warranty.

Suburban Water Heaters provide reliable service and easy maintenance.

High-recovery 12,000 BTU/hour models offer porcelain steel tank, foam insulation, large diameter drain and replaceable anode rod to absorb corrosive electrolysis action. One-piece, die-formed housing protects controls and connections yet offers easy access. Fits cut-out openings of prior models. Access door and frame install easily on any type RV side. USA.

Fast recovery means more hot water and fewer cool water cycles. Suburban also uses a copolymer insulation jacket specially molded to fit the tank. This does a better job of retaining heat than the “cardboard” style used on some competitive models.
